Hello Bethlehem Camp Campers!!
Welcome to the second annual Mid-Year Retreat!! We are so excited to have the opportunity to meet again in the middle of the year. Last year we had such a great time being with each other outside of the June encampment. We did amazing work around the campground. Although we weren’t able to enclose the youth pavilion, the Lord provided us with many other opportunities to serve Him. This year won’t be any different. We will meet to do vital work around the camp, so be prepared to work up a sweat, but still have fun!! During the extended Martin Luther King weekend (January 18 –21st) we will be meeting to accomplish this goal. Here is what we need you to bring:
Duke will be joining us during this time
to lead us in services, praise and worship, and devotions. Friends and family of the camp will provide the meals for us,
which is why we are able to keep our costs low.
Here is how our schedule is shaping up so
far:
Friday night:
Arrive between 6:30 and 8:30 PM. Snacks,
praise and worship, and fellowship. Please note that we will not be providing
supper on Friday evening. Please
eat prior to arriving on the campground.
Saturday/Sunday:
breakfast, lunch and supper will be provided, work on buildings around
the campgrounds that need some TLC, A.M. praise and worship with devotions by
Duke, evening service time with Duke, fellowship with friends, and a possible
bonfire with smores.
Monday:
breakfast, time with Duke, departure from camp at 9:00 AM
Please have your registration forms
turned in and notarized to Colleen Williams.
Make your check payable to Bethlehem Family Camp for $45.00.
Registration forms are due by December 17th, 2007.
